Pit bulls to be euthanized after attacking California woman

Pit bulls are often viewed as aggressive and dangerous animals. They are also very strong and a bite from a pit bull can result in serious injury or even death. For this reason, pit bull owners in California must keep a very close eye on their dogs. If their dog attacks another person, the owner may be held responsible.

Two unaltered male pit bulls will be euthanized after attacking a woman in Riverside California. They were signed over by their owner, who did not properly license or vaccinate the older dog. Both dogs will be tested for rabies before they are put down.

The dogs escaped from behind a wooden fence in order to attack the woman. Law enforcement officials believe that at least one of the dogs squeezed under the fence. There are also reports that the dogs jumped over the fence. The director from Animal Services says that dog owners are responsible for keeping their animals on their property.

The woman was bitten on her right arm and the right side of her face. She was taken by ambulance to a local hospital in serious condition. She was walking her own small dog at the moment of the attack, and fortunately her dog survived the incident.

Animal owners may be held liable for the actions of their pets. If you have been injured in an animal attack, you may be entitled to compensation for your medical expenses and pain and suffering. A personal injury attorney may be of assistance in this area.
